We want you to love your custom textiles and home decor. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on non-custom items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective inserts are included.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
