What is the typical lead time for custom curtains and pillows?
Because each item is handcrafted to order in our local workrooms, our standard lead time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks for production plus shipping time.
Can I order fabric swatches before committing to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches. You can purchase individual fabric samples for any of our prints to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your home's lighting and decor.
What is your return policy on custom-made items?
As our products are custom-made to your specific measurements and style choices, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
How do I measure my windows for Pepper Home curtains?
We provide a comprehensive Measuring Guide on our website. Generally, we recommend measuring from the top of your curtain rod to the floor and adding 6-10 inches of width beyond the window frame for a full, designer look.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Pepper Home ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and duties for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout.
Are your fabrics machine washable?
Most of our cotton and linen blends are spot-clean only or dry clean recommended to maintain the integrity of the custom tailoring and vibrant print quality.
